I'm a Neurodiversity Coach, Professional Speaker and Business Consultant. That might sound like three completely different roles, but they all fit together through my varied background, training and experience.
I'm a Chartered Accountant with a Corporate Finance and HR background. For more than 20 years I held senior financial and operational roles from global professional services firms to regional SMEs, before launching my own business in 2020.
I'm Autistic and ADHD, which means that my brain is wired differently. I bring my unique neurodivergent thinking to my consulting work. My broad business skills and lived experience of neurodivergence mean I can relate to almost any scenario my coaching clients are experiencing.
And I bring all of this together as a professional speaker, supporting businesses to empower neurodivergence in the workplace.
A selection of my qualifications and training:
Your core values are the intrinsic motivators underpinning everything you do. I encourage my coaching clients to complete a values exercise at the start of the coaching relationship and would like to share with you my core values for Think Exceptionally.
I offer insights grounded in deep understanding and real-world experience. I'm able to analyse complex business and personal challenges while providing you with unique and actionable solutions.
I'm endlessly curious. I love working with clients who value innovative thinking and are open to exploring new ways to solve your challenges.
Autism and ADHD give me a unique perspective. There really is no one quite like me.
I spent decades trying to be someone else, never feeling good enough, not understanding why I didn't seem to fit in. Since my Autism and ADHD diagnoses, I've spent time learning who I really am and what I value. Now I'm committed to being open and transparent. No more masking. You'll always get the authentic Lisa.
I've done many many qualifications and training courses over my career. You might ask why I'm fixated on getting qualifications. For me, it's not about the qualification, but the learning it brings. I'm always looking to develop my knowledge and skills. I love to learn new things and see how I can apply those to deliver more value for you. And I love working with clients who are interested in their own development too, either personal or business.
My purpose is to support your growth, both professionally and personally. Helping people and businesses to flourish.
There's a perception that Autistics can lack empathy. Not me. I have bucketloads of empathy and I care deeply about your success. I love my job and take pride in the work I do. I choose only to work with clients where there's a genuine connection.
If my values resonate with you, we'll get along brilliantly. How about booking a FREE intro call to chat about how we might work together?
p.s. This is our rescue Boxer dog, Cooper. He was found on an abandoned estate in Spain. Who could abandon this adorable mutt?
