I'm ADHD and Autistic and have experience working with ND folk with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, OCD and Tourette's.
I was diagnosed late (in my 40s).
I've held senior roles in large corporates and made it through lots of professional qualifications while masking and burning out regularly.
Our son is Autistic, ADHD and Dyspraxic. He has an EHCP and attends a specialist school.
